Guests are asked not to arrive before 15:30hrs and the cottage must be vacated by 10:00hrs on day of departure. Some flexibility may be possible during the low season. As we have a short change-over time we would appreciate it if you could please leave the cottage as you find it on your arrival.

Rental Information
We require a 25% deposit with the booking via bank transfer, with the balance paid either through bank transfer 2 weeks prior to arrival or by cash/euro cheque on arrival. In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to rebook the cottage in which case we will refund the full amount. If we are unable to rebook we will retain the deposit only.
We do not ask guests for a security deposit but rely on their integrity to inform us of any damage/breakages and to replace the item.
On receipt of the deposit, we will confirm your booking via email and send full instructions for finding and gaining access to the property.
Linen and towels are provided and will be changed weekly if you are staying longer than one week. Beach towels are not included.
Clients are responsible for arranging their own insurance against all holiday risks.
